In any company, there is nothing more important than clients, just because if they disappear all other issues will disappear with them. And, by the way, everyone is a client: external clients, internal clients, partners.





   

Most difficult thing in any project is to manage resistance to change: I believe things happen because we define and communicate a purpose that makes sense for all stakeholders involved. Most mobilizing purpose is usually defined around clients and market needs.

 
   

By definition, when we face complex problems, innovate and go into new territories, inherited knowledge is far less relevant than networks, connected imaginations, adaptability, entrepeneurship and inner conviction than "together, we can make it".
