He specialized in Client orientation, CRM, Strategic
marketing, 1to1 Marketing. And change management
to transform these ideas into tangible results.
Jean-Charles advises companies in strategic planning
and market assessment and gets involved with them
to support their venture and enable effective
and sustainable change in culture, organization
and operations.
Formerly Senior Manager with Arthur Andersen
and BearingPoint, he founded Sales and Marketing
service line, dealing especially with Customer
Relationship Management, and was co-leader for
Financial Services industry (Insurance and Private
Banking). Before Arthur Andersen, Jean-Charles
occupied different responsibilities as consultant
in information systems management. As a founding
experience in entrepreneurship, he played an active
role in the french success story
Lyon Consultants in the early 90's, innovating
in software development and creating principles
that are a market standard today.
Before developing ALAVISE,
Jean-Charles was Senior Marketing Manager in a
major international private bank with the
objective to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.
Today, ALAVISE spirit is at work at Bank Vontobel
on special projects.
Along his career, Jean-Charles worked on more
than 30 initiatives in Private Banking, Insurance,
Utilities, Construction, Tourism, Telecom and
Textile, for major companies such as Amadeus,
Ericsson, Eli Lilly, Santander Central Hispano,
Deutsche Bank, Lloyds TSB, Allianz, LVMH, French
Yellow Pages, Dumez-GTM, DMC, Vivendi Water.
Jean-Charles holds a Master degree in Information
Systems Management from Ecole Nationale Supérieure
d’Informatique pour l'Industrie et l’Entreprise
(ENSIIE, French Grande Ecole).
He speaks French, English and Spanish.
