Jean-Charles has a vocation: develop client-oriented
organizations, maximize sales and marketing impact,
and manage challenging transitions where a new
direction has to be taken.
As a consultant, Jean-Charles had been advising
companies for 15 years in strategic planning and
was involved with them in execution and change
management.
Today, Jean-Charles is head of Planning &
Organization at Vontobel Private Banking Geneva.
In this position, he managed the internal merger
of Geneva branch and Zurich parent company. What
is at stake today ? managing transition of offshore
business model.
Along his career, Jean-Charles worked on more
than 30 initiatives in Private Banking, Insurance,
Utilities, Construction, Tourism, Telecom and
Textile, for major companies such as International
Olympic Committee, Amadeus, Ericsson, Eli Lilly,
HSBC Private banking, Santander Central Hispano,
Deutsche Bank, Lloyds TSB, Allianz, LVMH, French
Yellow Pages, Dumez-GTM, Vivendi Water.
Jean-Charles holds a Master degree in Information
Systems Management from Ecole Nationale Supérieure
d’Informatique pour l'Industrie et l’Entreprise
(ENSIIE, French Grande Ecole).
He speaks French, English and Spanish.
